Delays

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, customs clearance, weather, or peak-season demand.
  • Shopiculture is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
  • Shopiculture is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost / Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at shopiculture.shop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

International Shipping

  • Currently, Shopiculture ships only within India. (Update this if you plan to ship internationally.)
