Return / Refund Policy

1. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a replacement process. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send an email to shopiculture.shop@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the defect / damage

Once we review and approve your request, we will provide instructions to return the item. After we receive and inspect it, if it is found to be defective/damaged, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please note: we do not issue refunds for purchases made on our website. Our policy is centered on replacing defective or damaged goods only.

  • All accessories, tags, manuals, or extras included should be returned
  • The condition should be the same as when it was delivered

If these conditions are not met, we may reject your return request.

5. Return Shipping
For approved returns of defective / damaged products, we will cover the shipping cost of sending you the replacement. After your return is accepted, we will provide details of how to ship it back.

6. Applicability
This return / refund policy applies only to purchases made directly via our website. If you bought through a third-party retailer, their return policy applies instead.
